《死亡飛車》是一款混合了子彈、汽油和爆炸的徹底陷入混亂的賽車游戲，它擁有一個充實的生涯模式和一個全球化的多人對戰系統。

PC版擁有高畫質有專為該平台優化的操作，包括戰役模式和多人模式。加入新賽道“薩沃”， “Shadow Man”模式也將回歸。

雖然本作是以早前的iOS版本來打造，不過《死亡飛車》其實是1996發行的一款PC平台游戲，iOS版本得以將系列影響全球，擁有1.1億用戶。Remedy總裁Matias Myllyrinne盛贊該作重回PC平台。
