《刺客信條：大革命》是今年兩部《刺客信條》的其中一部，在主機XBOX和PS版本之後登陸PC。
游戲的背景故事發生在1789年的巴黎，人民生活的苦不堪言，整個國家籠罩在經濟蕭條的陰影下，貧窮、饑餓一直在持續。但是同時貴族們卻揮霍著國家的財產，真是“朱門酒肉臭，路有凍死骨”。而在1789年7月14日，人民終於爆發起義並沖入了巴士底獄，用武力推翻了曾經鎮壓他們的貴族，游戲名中的“大革命”由此而來。
這一次，你將可以用你自己的英雄來游玩。通過自定義裝備，你可以徹底掌控Arno的外觀和操作性能。除了史詩般的單人游戲體驗外，《刺客信條：大革命》還將帶來夢幻般的多人游戲模式，在一些特別的任務中，你將可以通過在線合作，和最多三個朋友一起游玩。在整個游戲中，通過引人入勝的故事線，以及讓人激動得喘不過氣來的游戲場景，你將會在這個今日的燈城花都中，參加到法國歷史上最關鍵的時刻中去。
