《實習醫生格蕾》是根據ABC電視台播放的同名人氣美劇所改編的游戲，將對應PC、Wii、NDS三大平台發售。游戲延續原作的劇情，讓玩家體驗劇中醫生的生活。熱播的美劇《實習醫生格蕾》目前已經邁入了第五季，劇情圍繞著一群實習醫生生活和工作的酸甜苦辣展開。
在這款游戲中，玩家將有機會做出生活和職業上的各種抉擇，探索人與人之間的各種關系，還可以參與實施精密的外科手術，至於游戲方式可能與NDS的《超執刀》類似。
