《郵遞員派特叔叔》（《郵差叔叔》）由二十年來一直深受大人小孩歡迎的JohnCunliffe的故事改編而成，該動畫是兒童電視節目的經典之作，在英國是最受歡迎的兒童節目之一，也是國外兒童教育產品的一個著名品牌，其產品涉及視音頻、圖書、玩具、游戲、服裝、日用品等等。
叮咚、叮咚……“有信喇！”郵差叔叔派特(Pat)每天會駕著醒目的紅色郵車，帶著白臉小黑貓傑斯(Jess)一起穿插在小河小花小草與小羊群之間，為村民送去信件和包裹，也送來快樂。郵局局長是個慈祥的老太太，每天郵差叔叔到這裡收集信件之後就會往來大街小巷、火車站，把信件派給農夫、園丁、警察、牧師、牧羊人等等好朋友。送信中不論是遇到機件故障或是丟失小羊等古怪疑難問題，郵差叔叔總在談談笑笑之間把所有問題一一解決，絕對是個“非一般”的郵差啊！
該動畫的歌曲也很受孩子們喜愛，主題曲曾經榮登香港“新城勁爆兒歌榜”第一名。
