Unimatrix Productions宣布他們正在開發一款獨立制作游戲《電影人\導演萬歲》(The Filmmaker)。《電影人\導演萬歲》將會是一款第一人稱的，使用預渲染圖像技術的以謎題為主的游戲，類似經典的冒險解謎游戲如神秘島（Myst）、第七訪客（The 7th Guest）。
在《電影人\導演萬歲》中，玩家需要探索一個鬧鬼的電影院，試圖揭開其中的秘密。作為游戲歷程的一部分，玩家必須走進一個特別的制片人制作的幾部電影的世界裡，這個制片人是一位名叫Claude Ferucil的謎一樣的人物。與Unimatrix Productions制作的其它游戲一樣，《電影人\導演萬歲》是一個以謎題為中心的游戲。它包括了超過20個不同的獨立謎題。玩家通過探索、解開謎題與閱讀來通過游戲劇情的發展。 同時Unimatrix Productions的另一個正在開發的游戲 Stonewall Penitentiary由於財政原因暫時中止了開發。但開發商承諾會在《電影人\導演萬歲》發布之後繼續開發
