進入游戲，仿佛打開了一本精美的魔法書，泛黃的書頁，蒙胧的圖像，古典的周邊裝飾，都為游戲籠罩了一層奇幻色彩。華麗光影效果下的豐富場景變化，使本作高品質的藝術畫面得到了表現。
聲　音：
高低錯落的背景音樂旋律，帶有神秘氣息的曲風，結合點擊或輸入隨之發出的靈動音效，不僅將游戲神話般的意境主題展現的淋漓盡致，更營造出濃郁的魔法氛圍。
上手度：
游戲的操作很容易，只需要鼠標控制即可，和神秘視線一樣，你要找出所有的隱藏物品才可以過關。
創　意：
《魔術師的手冊2》依舊采用了根據單詞找物品的主要玩法，不過也適當添加了更為豐富的內容，使細節有所突破。例如，玩家可以通過圖形還原來學習魔法符咒，使用風系魔法吹散落葉，或是用火系魔法融化冰塊，找到重要物品，來破解機關謎題。
可玩性：
另一特點在於游戲的道具系統，玩家可以將每個關卡中收集到的魔法鑰匙，到指定場景換取寶箱，開啟後獲得道具。和左前相比，不僅由PopCap打造的圖像畫面展示出不凡的視覺效果，游戲整體的趣味性也有所提高。
