《特大都市2012》超過1000種不同風格的建築群，總共60張包含大規模細節的3D地圖。系列新作將開放Mod制作，同時包含教學關卡。
《特大都市2012》將在2011年10月發售，PC平台獨占，完全兼容2011版游戲。
