此軟件為早期大家非常熟悉的3d home Architect delux 4.0升級版本(可能由於3D HOME 這個名字被用得太多了所以改名CHIEF ARCHITECT)，不同於broderbund 3d home delux公司和 TOTAL公司的TOTAL.3D.HOME.DELUXEV8.5軟件。操作習慣延續3d home 4.0，並且內置兩種
高級渲染器使輸出效果更加逼真。
第一個文件為漢化文件（現在這個是不用注冊的，解決了病毒等問題），為的是讓大家能夠多提意見，聯系我們給出你的意見，我們會把最好的給大家。因為這個漢化都是我們業余制作的，還有好多專業詞語不對的地方需要你們的更正。在這裡特別感謝合作伙伴：我來了原版的發布人：nEiGHbOuR
第二個文件為英文原版加注冊機
圖庫的漢化已在這裡發布是新加的Libraries.exe和 Textures.exe文件
