Molegro Vitual Docker --計算機輔助藥物設計軟件。是跨平台(Windows/MacOSX/Linux)的預測蛋白質跟化學小分子結合的軟件，軟件提供在Docking過程中所需的所有功能，從分子結構的preparation到binding site的預測以及最後的小分子的結合未知及構造 (conformation)。軟件本身由最新的演算法，可以提供高准確性的docking結果，以及簡單好用的視窗界面操作。
Molegro Virtual Docking提供：
1、高准確性的docking結果，與其他docking軟件想比較之下，為准確率最好的(MVD: 87%, Glide: 82%, Surflex: 75%, FlexX: 58%)
2、簡單易用的軟件界面：提供互動步驟方法 (wizard)，讓使用者可以很快的設定及執行docking，也針對docking結果提供完整的視覺及分析工具。
3、跨平台的整合：Molegro Virtual Docker 提供在Linux, Windows,及Mac平台的版本以及其結果可以在各平台存取
軟件提供Docking的互動步驟來進行Docking的計算，在互動模式中，可以提供：
選擇哪些分子要進行Docking計算；
選擇哪個鍵結區域來進行Docking計算(MVD)會先自動計算出有可能的binding pockets
設定演算法及計算過程的參數設定
管理及增加額外的限制條件
在計算的過程中檢查計算過程中的錯誤狀況

a. 可以在Mac (PowerPC及Intel), Linux (32-bit及64-bit), 及 Windows的平台執行
b. 提供巨集的功能
c. 提供客制化的分子表面及骨干的表示
d. Biomolecule generator可以轉換PDB檔案給軟件來用

f. 提供線上幫助及檢查新版更新
g. 提供使用MVD本身的scripting language及其他程式語言(Python已經包含)
h. Pose Modifier可以提供使用者修改化學分子的結構
