IDEO Method Cards是一組51張的套卡，據IDEO自己所述，每一張卡片都是一個他們內部使用的技巧和方法，卡片正面是一張印刷精美的示意圖，背面則是說明文字。這些方法並不是IDEO自己的創舉，多數都是原本就有的方法，可能是在心理學實驗中常見的方法，可能是人類學研究中的方法等等。
這51張卡分為Learn、Look、Ask、Try四大類，就我自己把卡片翻來翻去的感覺，Learn比較接近資料收集分析，Look陳述的是各種觀察的方法，Ask旨在描述訪談詢問的技巧，而Try則和雛形或模擬較為相關。
